Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Window and Door Sales Consultant to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate has proven in-home sales experience and excels at one-stop closes. You will meet homeowners in person, assess their needs, and present customized solutions for high-quality windows, doors, and energy products. You’ll also receive cross-training to offer solar and battery storage systems, giving you multiple ways to help customers improve their homes and reduce energy costs.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to evaluate needs and present tailored window, door, solar, and battery solutions.
- Deliver compelling, solution-focused presentations designed to achieve same-day closes.
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge, explaining features, benefits, and financing options.
- Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Accurately prepare proposals, contracts, and financing paperwork on the spot.
- Stay current on product offerings, promotions, industry trends, and energy-efficiency incentives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and company revenue goals.
Requirements
Proven success in in-home, one-call closing sales (windows, doors, solar, roofing, HVAC, or similar).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to customer needs.
- Self-motivated with the discipline to manage appointments and follow up effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for customer visits.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or business is a plus.
