What are the responsibilities and job description for the Aluminum Sign Fabricator position at Universal Signs & Accessories?
Description:
We’re a manufacturer of aluminum traffic signs and have a position open in our aluminum shop, where our fabrication processes begin. We buy aluminum in coils and use our equipment to cut and treat the aluminum to meet the specified needs of our customers. The position we’re hiring for will be responsible for operating the machinery we use to complete this process at several different stages.

Skills/Character: Honesty, clear communication, reading comprehension, listening, critical thinking, time management, problem solving.
Experience: This is an entry level position, but any experience in manufacturing processes, especially ones dealing with steel and aluminum, will be a huge plus for any applicant.
Working Hours: Normal hours of operation is Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm; however, project and client deadlines and expectations may require flexible time allocation outside of the Normal hours of operation.
Income Range: $15 per hour, depending on experience
