Responsibilities
- Process new title orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Track and follow up on outstanding items to ensure files move forward efficiently.
- Process title commitments and assist in clearing title issues or requirements.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date files, digital records, and task lists.
- Submit Title Packages to lenders and clients
- Communicate proactively with internal team members, agents, lenders, and clients regarding file status and needed items.
- Uphold compliance standards and maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
Experience
- Previous experience in a title company, escrow, mortgage processing, or real estate office preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files at once.
- Strong attention to detail—accuracy is essential.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Very positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable making and receiving calls to gather or clarify information.
- Proficiency in office software, title production systems, and document management tools.
