Universal Septic Services, LLC is looking for a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join our field installation team. The Role
As a Septic Installation Laborer, you will be the backbone of our on-site operations. You will work directly with our lead installers to build and replace residential and commercial septic fields from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digging holes, trenches, and assisting with overall site excavation.
- Laying out, cutting, and connecting PVC piping for new septic fields.
- Moving materials, gravel, and dirt as needed to prep and finish the site.
- Assisting equipment operators with site visibility, measuring, and leveling.
- Performing general site cleanup and ensuring tools are packed and maintained.
Career Progression: Learn to Operate Equipment
This is not just a dead-end labor job. For the right candidate who proves their reliability and masters the groundwork, the next progression in this role is learning to operate small heavy equipment (such as mini-excavators and skid steers). We prefer to train and promote from within, teaching you exactly how to run the machinery required to fully install new septic fields.

- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials, shovel, bend, and stay active throughout the day.
- Coachability: A strong willingness to listen, learn the trade, and follow safety protocols.
- Experience: Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or pipe laying is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
- Requirements: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to work.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
