We are seeking an experienced and dependable Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, lead warehouse staff, and ensure efficient, accurate, and safe handling of inventory. This role is hands-on and requires strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the following functions: logistics, order fulfillment, receiving, and overall warehouse operations.
• Provide quality service delivery (accurate and on-time) to internal and external customers.
• Identify and drive process improvements that increase transactional efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
• Provide transportation support for inbound and customer delivery for all US West plant logistics.
• Establish clear and measurable goals to determine individual and team results.
• Perform team member evaluations accurately, fairly, and on time.
• Balance workload and prioritize duties as required by the business.
• Ensure the department is compliant with corporate policy, ISO registrations, and other registrations.
  
  
  

Requirements:

Education/Qualification:

• Associate’s degree or level of knowledge that would normally be obtained from an AA degree.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Have prior experience working in Warehouse/Logistics/Shipping
