What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Marketing Specialist position at Universal Robots?
Universal Robots is the market leader in the collaborative robotic space, and we are just getting started. We are looking for an ambitious, creative, and insightful digital marketing specialist who will develop, test, optimize and execute digital advertising on paid social platforms, search engines and programmatic marketing platforms. In this role, you will also work with Universal Robots’ extended marketing family, executing both regional and global digital strategies. You will be responsible for analyzing and transforming performance data into actionable recommendations and securing implementation.
Although this is a remote position, we prefer someone living in the greater Detroit area, or someone who lives within a few hours' drive from our Novi, MI office.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement online marketing strategies, such as SEO, PPC, email, and social media campaigns for the North America market
- Create and manage engaging online content, such as blog articles, videos, graphics, and ads; and monitoring and analyzing their performance
- Manage and grow the digital presence of the company or brand in various platforms for the region
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and new technologies, and make recommendations for how the company can stay ahead of the curve
- Ability to work closely with our global digital marketing team
- Manage our third-party digital marketing agency on a regional level
- Manage the monthly budget accordingly
- Be able to analyze campaigns and make recommendations, whether it is a replacement of ad creatives, a technical change in the ad set up or a full restructure of a campaign
- 2-4 years of experience in the digital media buying space, with focus a on paid social, SEM and programmatic
- Experience with LinkedIn, META Ads or other marketing platforms
- Ability to follow projects and tasks through to the end
- Experience from an agency (not required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or other related field of study
- Great analytical skills

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
