About the Role
I am seeking a dedicated and organized Personal Assistant / House Manager to support a fun loving workaholic and her busy household. You will play a crucial role in helping me manage personal day-to-day and household activities smoothly and easily. I need someone who is easy going, organized, catches on quickly, and is able to adapt on the fly. Someone with experience in home maintenance and construction processes, as well as event planning would be great!
Key Responsibilities:
- Set personal appointments and manage schedules
- Book travel arrangements as needed
- Handle deliveries, including shopping and returning items (e.g., Amazon, UPS)
- Coordinate with home construction professionals, setting up meetings for quotes, etc.
- Plan and organize events, gatherings and parties
- Organize closets and maintain a tidy environment. This includes listing for buy and sell online,
- Able to help declutter
- Manage grocery shopping and household supplies
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant, home manager, or similar role
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Proficiency in basic technology
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Additional Opportunities:
There is the potential for more hours if you are highly organized and efficient. Starting we are looking for someone who can work 20-30hrs a week.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
