This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager, based in Dallas, TX. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of parking and transportation services, including staff management and scheduling, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining operational efficiency, and managing budgets. Additional responsibilities include resolving customer concerns, enforcing policies, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and collaborating with property managers and stakeholders.
