We are currently seeking a highly visible, proactive, and outgoing Parking Attendant. This role is key to ensuring a smooth guest experience while actively driving traffic into the lot. If you're someone who enjoys being outdoors, thrives on direct interaction, and knows how to confidently take the initiative, we want to hear from you.
Role Description:
The Parking Attendant performs a variety of tasks to ensure quality guest experience and the smooth operation of the parking facility, exceeding customer and client expectations. Depending on the needs of the location, the team member is responsible for greeting and assisting guests with directions, parking help, and completing car counts.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests with a warm, welcoming presence
- Explain parking agreements and provide facility information
- Direct incoming vehicles to open spaces efficiently
- Maintain a strong, visible presence at the entrance throughout your shift
- Report safety concerns or incidents to the Shift Lead or Operations Manager promptly
