Steward - Universal Horror Unleashed

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for washing dishes, silverware, equipment, and cooking utensils. Performs general cleaning duties in accordance with Universal standards. Maintains kitchen areas and equipment in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Loads and empties dish machine, washes pots, pans, cooking utensils and equipment by hand and assists kitchen staff as needed.
• Removes waste, empties, and cleans garbage receptacles, removes recyclable materials and places in appropriate areas. Cleans the kitchen by sweeping, mopping, washing kitchen walls, floors, and floor mats. Performs closing duties in accordance with operational standards.
• Stocks all dishware and glassware as cleaned. Assists with banquet table and front of the house set up as requested.
• Follows MSDS standards, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

• Possession of SNHD Health card.
• Must be able to obtain LVMPD Work Card at time of employment.
  
  

EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
  
  

EXPERIENCE:

• 6 months of steward/dish washing experience is preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
