JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for basic preparation and/or cooking of food for various Food and Beverage venues (i.e. operating fryers to handle fried food cooked on a timer).
- Responsible for taking and filling orders of food and beverage requested by Guests. Operate the register and follow appropriate procedures by properly processing credit card transactions and discounts.
- Provide friendly and courteous assistance to Guests while answering questions and directing Guests within the restaurant. Maintain internal and external crowd control and line speed as Guests enter and exit the restaurant.
- Responsible for cleaning the dining areas in an efficient and expedient manner. Clear tables, maintain floors by sweeping and mopping, empty garbage, stock and replenish condiment stands, and straighten chairs.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Consistent attendance is a job requirement.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- 6 months of previous Food & Beverage experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
