Lab Assistant

Laboratory Quality Inspector (Physical & Chemical / Reliability Testing)

Position Overview: Technical QC position, primarily indoor desk work with stable working conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform sampling and performance tests on raw materials and finished products.

2. Test core product performances including absorption, rewetting, liquid diffusion and tensile.

3. Maintain experimental records and data sorting, issue test reports and ensure product compliance.

4. Conduct daily maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment, organize ledgers, and assist in analyzing quality abnormalities.

Job Requirements:

1. High school degree or above. Graduates and inexperienced candidates are welcome.

2. Meticulous and rigorous in work, able to conduct basic computer data entry and recording.

3. Candidates with laboratory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in an industrial or clinical laboratory setting is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of laboratory procedures including microbiology, histology, molecular biology techniques, and analysis skills.
• Knowledge of GLP standards, FDA regulations, CGMP practices, and veterinary or clinical terminology is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and data collection methods.
• Excellent attention to detail combined with strong math skills for precise measurements and calculations.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating within multidisciplinary teams involved in scientific research.
