  • Design and manage maintenance schedules, service protocols, and vendor relationships to ensure all technical assets remain in optimal condition.
  • Lead the implementation of hardware and software systems for equipment tracking, digital inventory, and sample management.
  • Ensure studio readiness across all stages and shooting environments, maintaining a professional, safe, and technically sound facility.
  • Partner with Producers, Directors of Photography, and Content Production teams to support shoot setup, stage configuration, and logistical planning.
  • Assist with rigging, lighting prep, camera setup, and technical troubleshooting during shoot days when required.
  • Collaborate with Post Production and IT teams to ensure smooth handoffs between capture, storage, and post workflows.
  • Oversee studio scheduling coordination to prevent conflicts and optimize space utilization.
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards, insurance requirements, and operational best practices.
  • Proactively identify infrastructure upgrades and technology investments that improve quality, efficiency, and scalability.

  • 8–12 years of experience managing production studios, facilities, or high-end creative environments.
  • Demonstrated experience building and implementing operational systems and technical workflows from the ground up.
  • Deep technical knowledge of professional-grade cameras, lenses, lighting systems, grip & electric, audio equipment, live-stream infrastructure, and digital storage solutions.
  • Strong understanding of preventative maintenance, equipment lifecycle management, and vendor servicing.
  • Experience implementing digital inventory and equipment tracking systems.
  • Hands-on experience supporting shoot setup and on-set logistics within photo, video, or broadcast environments.
  • Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
