How We LEAD
Universal Music Group is looking to hire a Data Coordinator supporting the REPUBLIC Collective.
How You’ll CREATE
- Build and maintain standardized reporting for internal stakeholders
- Build, train, deploy, scale and maintain deep-learning models
- Track key release updates, charts and consumption for the REPUBLIC Collective
- Procure and provide relevant data to inform marketing presentations and decks
- Manage project deadlines, including keeping organized status reports
- Manage complex and fluctuating schedules, including scheduling meetings, coordinating calls – both domestic and international, prioritizing calendars and follow up
- Coordinate incoming meeting requests and prioritize
- Provide light administrative and operational support, including possible travel
- At least one (1) year with relevant experience working an administrative or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Music, Business, Communications or relevant field
- Previous experience working with a music label or public relation firm, preferred
- Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with employees of our company at all levels
- Must be highly organized and forward-thinking
- Ability to work closely with AI tools to generate prompts and build/train agents
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote and Canva
- Coding ability in Python, SQL, and/or JavaScript
