This is a Part Time position, and will be required to work in office, 10AM-6PM EST Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, approximately 20-24 hours per week.

The Culture & Community Engagement Coordinator will support the IGA Latin team and help with administrative and employee community focused tasks.

How You'll Create
- Assist with administrative and day to day duties including; coordinating travel, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, onboarding of new employees, people joining song camps, among other tasks as needed
- Maintain an organized environment at the office both for employees and outside visitors; meeting prep set up, organizing visits etc.
- Provide support to senior members of the team
- Responsible to lead and drive employee activities to foster a healthy team environment
- Assist team with radio promotions and contests
- Additional duties as assigned
- BA degree in Music, Business, Marketing or related field of study
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Spanish is required at native proficiency level; speak, read and write
- Minimum 1- 2 year's prior administrative assistant or coordinator experience required
- Experience in Entertainment, Music, Creative agencies or other creative corporate environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking, prioritization and communication skills required
- Other required skills include: reliability, punctuality, able to anticipate needs, ability to trouble shoot/problem solve, ability to work independently and in a team environment, and possess strong people skills
- Proficient user of MS Office suite; Word, Outlook, Excel, PPT, and Keynote experience is a plus
