Building microelectronic circuits under stereo microscope. Soldering electronic parts; Attaching wires; Fastening small parts; Cutting templates and substrates; Fastening Connectors; Soldering Glass Connector Pins; Striping/Attaching Wires; Epoxy die attachment; Gold bonding with bonding machine; Working with small tools such as miniature soldering irons, tweezers, exacto knife, Screwdriver, and similar. Academic Education and Requirements
<> At a Minimum, A High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
<> Permanent Residency --or-- US citizenship required.
Needed Work Experience
<> Minimum 2-year Electronic assembly work is preferred
<> Individuals with background in, Art- works, Jewelry work, building miniature hand crafts or Similar Skills may well fit for an entry level position
Job Requirements
- Precision assembly under microscope
- Micro-soldering
- Cutting and preparing substrates
- Fine wire attachment
- Placement of miniature capacitors, diodes and resistors
- Silver epoxy application
- Fine-pitch component assembly
- Use of tweezers and precision hand tools

- Inspection under microscope
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
