Universal Logistics is seeking Class A CDL Regional and Team Drivers out of Knoxville, TN. We are currently offering increased rates and opportunities for both team and company drivers.
Team Drivers
- Team will run collection routes for FCA and deliver to Smyrna, Tennessee daily
- Average 900–1,000 miles per day
- Approximately 5,000 miles per week
- Estimated take-home pay: $1,950 per person
Team Driver Pay
- Year 1: $0.74 split
- Year 2: $0.78 split
- Year 3 : $0.86 split
Team drivers will run OTR collection routes for FCA out of Smyrna, TN.
- Stop Pay: $13.00 after the 1st stop
- Most routes have 2–3 stops
Company Drivers
- $0.56/mile – 6 months
- $0.58/mile – 6 months–1 year
- $0.60/mile – 1 year
Additional hourly pay of $11–$13/hour for:
- Detention
- Wait time
- Shuttles

Experience & Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3–6 months of tractor-trailer/switching experience
- No DUI/OWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
- No more than 3 preventable accidents in the last 3 years
- Current DOT Medical Card (minimum 1-year card)
- Must pass DOT drug screen
