Nursing Staff Scheduler - Full-time

This Nursing Staff Scheduler is responsible to coordinate an effective and efficient schedule pattern for the nursing department which includes Registered Nurses, House Supervisors, Licensed Practical Nurses, Lead Mental Health Technicians and Mental Health Technicians. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinates and maintains appropriate staffing levels to meet the needs of the patients.
- Coordinates scheduling of mandatory meetings/trainings.
- Educates new employees on the scheduling system.
- Coordinates transport of any patients for appointments or urgent needs.
- Maintains tardy/attendance records.

Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- High School graduate or equivalent required.
- One to three years of scheduling experience; healthcare a plus.
- Previous experience with UKG a plus.
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
- May be required to work flexible hours and overtime.
