The receptionist is responsible for greeting and assisting all visitors, answering the switchboard, maintaining the facility census book, documenting incoming deliveries, and providing clerical support as requested. In addition, the Receptionist assists with admissions by printing round sheets labels for A&R and Nursing.
- Follow the facility guest relations program when greeting and assisting all visitors, ensuring all visitors sign the visitor log and obtain a visitor pass.
- Answer and disseminate all incoming calls on the switchboard in a professional and courteous manner within three rings.
- Utilize the paging system to announce codes as required.
Schedule: PER DIEM / Weekend Evening Availability: 3:15 PM - 8:45 PM

Qualifications
Education: High school graduate or equivalent is required.
Experience: Prefer two (2) years experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard, preferably in a heath care environment and any combination of education, training, or experience in a hospital environment.
Additional Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old. May be required to work occasional overtime and flexible hours. CPR Certification required.
