What are the responsibilities and job description for the PHARMACIST position at Universal Health Services, Inc.?
The Pharmacist dispenses drugs and advises patients about the medicines they have been prescribed. The Pharmacist works collaboratively with other health care professionals to determine the most appropriate drug treatment for patients.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1. Education: Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy. RPh or PharmD required.
2. Experience: Must have 1- 3 years Pharmacy experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
3. License/Certification: Currently licensed as a Pharmacist in Georgia.
4. Skills: Must be a competent pharmacist who is oriented and knowledgeable in the specialized functions of an intuitional pharmacy.

6. Physical Requirements:
Other: Performs others duties as may be assigned by Director of Dietary/ Nutrition Services. Moderate to low physical demands. Requires rounding units, time standing and siting, writing, and talking on telephone. Must be able to assist in physical crisis intervention when necessary.
