The Outpatient Program/Intake Nurse assumes primary responsibility for the assessment, treatment planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for assigned patients within the Outpatient facility. They are responsible for Intake assessments and managing referral sources. This RN assumes leadership responsibilities at the unit level and demonstrates a mastery of clinical skills related to patient's mental health and physical health needs.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Current license to practicenursing in Arizona or compact privileges.
- Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric setting, preferrably an Outpatient PHP or IOP facility.
- Must have or able to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
