We are seeking a Clinical Behavioral Therapist to join our talented, dedicated team of professionals who inspire youth to lift their sights to the limitless sky...and soar!
As a Clinical Therapist you will engage in the following:
- Providing professional therapeutic counseling by facilitating individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
- Initiating the development, management, and implementation of discharge planning for each resident.
- Maintaining the residential philosophy of care and assuring compliance with policies and procedures established to support the philosophy of care.

Qualifications
Education:
Licensure in the state of Ohio as a LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC and possess a Master's Degree from an accredited university in one of the behavioral sciences.
Experience:
Newly licensed therapists are welcome!
