Your benefits will include:
Full-Time temporary position: Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm; for an initial 3-month period -could extend up to 6 months

Build your HR and clerical office skills in a professional hospital setting
Your essential functions:
- File Maintenance - 80% of role
- Maintains all HR files (audits files and documents, requests missing documents and scans file contents to computer database).
- Assist the HR Generalist with various duties as a HR team-player.
- Order supplies, as needed.
- Must be a representative of HR - contribute to a culture of care for employees and patients and ensure Service Excellence standards are demonstrated daily.
- Assists with HR compliance projects, as needed.
Qualifications
Your skills & qualifications will include:
- Meticulous approach toward records management and maintenance
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
- Attention to details with high accuracy rate
- Intermediate experience with MS Office Suite required and HRIS systems, preferred.
Education: HSD or GED REQUIRED.
Other Req's: MUST be at least 21 years of age or older and able to pass a background check and drug screen
