The Expressive/Art Therapist functions as part of a multi-disciplinary team and is directly responsible for the planning, scheduling and facilitation of goal-oriented expressive art therapy groups and individual art therapy sessions.

Qualifications
Expressive/ Art Therapist Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Art Therapy from accredited college or university, (ATR) Registered Art Therapist preferred
- Minimum of two years experience as an Art Therapist in a behavioral health care setting is preferred
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- Must possess advanced knowledge of counseling and therapeutic concepts and methods for determining therapeutic services for psychiatric and chemically dependent clients
- Must possess knowledge of the developmental stages of children, adolescents and adults
- Certification in CPR required upon hire
