Job Description

Responsible for the 24-hour management of OR, PACU, Outpatient Surgery and other assigned departments to ensure the facility meets the established standard of care.

Job Requirements

Education

Bachelor Degrees in Nursing or Health Science related field required. Master Degree preferred. CNOR preferred.

Experience

Minimum of three (3) years clinical experience and a minimum of five (5) years progressive management experience preferred.

Technical Skills

Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet and database.

License/Certification

Current RN license in the State of Nevada

Other

Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned. Six Sigma credentials preferred.
