Hanover Hill Behavioral Health, located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, combines two leaders in health care, in the partnership of Universal Health Services & Lehigh Valley Health Network. This brand new 144-bed free standing behavioral health facility will offer the community high-quality behavioral health care services for seniors, adults and adolescents.
Hanover Hill is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary team while working in a state-of-the-art facility, including EPIC.
TheBusiness Development Representativeis directly responsible for creating demand for the facility's services through the effective application of ethical marketing principles and sales methods. TheBusiness Development Representative directly serves as the liaison between the facility, the community, and referring agencies throughout Carbon, Monroe and Pike Counties' and surrounding regions.
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, with occassional evening and weekend coverage for events

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree is required, Master's degree is preferred.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
- Five to eight years of relevant experience is required, eight to ten years of experience is preferred.
- Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred. Priorexperience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships preferred.
