What You Will Do

You’ll oversee the daily operations of Universal Health Institute, ensuring the team delivers exceptional care and achieves success. Your responsibilities will include:

Patient Growth & Retention:

Develop strategies to attract and retain patients.

  • Ensure an excellent experience for both staff and patients.
  • Facilitate communication between staff, patients, and administration.


Operations:

Oversee front desk operations and patient relations.

  • Collaborate with the CFO on budgeting and financial management.
  • Improve operational workflows (communications, scheduling, billing, record-keeping).


Team Building:

Build an effective admin and clinical team.

  • Collaborate with leadership on performance metrics and improvement strategies.
  • Resolve patient challenges while maintaining a therapeutic environment.


Your Qualifications

Experience & Education:

Minimum 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Minimum 3 years in practice management or a similar role (e.g., sales in healthcare, chiropractic, dental, spa, fitness).
  • Healthcare experience/education is a plus, but transferable skills are welcome.
