You’ll oversee the daily operations of Universal Health Institute, ensuring the team delivers exceptional care and achieves success. Your responsibilities will include:
Patient Growth & Retention:
Develop strategies to attract and retain patients.
- Ensure an excellent experience for both staff and patients.
- Facilitate communication between staff, patients, and administration.
Oversee front desk operations and patient relations.
- Collaborate with the CFO on budgeting and financial management.
- Improve operational workflows (communications, scheduling, billing, record-keeping).
Build an effective admin and clinical team.
- Collaborate with leadership on performance metrics and improvement strategies.
- Resolve patient challenges while maintaining a therapeutic environment.
Experience & Education:
Minimum 5 years in a leadership role.
- Minimum 3 years in practice management or a similar role (e.g., sales in healthcare, chiropractic, dental, spa, fitness).
- Healthcare experience/education is a plus, but transferable skills are welcome.
