Universal Field Services is seeking an HR Coordinator for our Tulsa office! This position is primarily responsible for supporting a wide range of human resources functions, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee record management, and general administrative support. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Supports recruitment coordination by assisting the Talent Acquisition Specialist with cold-calling and gathering updated information from candidates in Bullhorn.
- Supports the onboarding process by reaching out to new hires for information, as needed.
- Coordinates the employee referral program.
- Assists with job number cleanup and database accuracy in Bullhorn.
- Assists with creating appropriate new hire documentation.
- Assists with running reports in the Engage system.
- Supports the production and distribution of PPS forms for payroll maintenance, additional assignments, pay increases, transfers, billing changes, and other revisions.
- Processes requests for employee monetary advances.
- Manages and tracks Employee Education Reimbursement.
- Tracks, reviews, and communicates when an employee’s Per Diem becomes taxable or non-taxable based on governmental guidelines.
- Assists the Human Resources Manager with distributing separation notices.
- Completes any Verification of Employment (VOE) and Wage Verifications.
- Provides all necessary information pertaining to internal and external audits.
- Runs monthly birthday card labels and delivers to front desk receptionist.
- Assists with special projects and reports, as needed.
- Assists with the reception area, as needed.
- Maintains strict confidentiality of employees’ personal information.
- Demonstrates ability and flexibility to work in cooperation with all those assigned to the office.
- Reports to the Human Resources Manager.
