Job Opportunity: Call Center Representative Location: 17320 Katy Freeway, Ste 125, Houston, TX 77094
Full-Time Position Positions on site
Tuesday-Saturday 8am-6pm central time. This is not a remote position.
We have entry level positions and a local commute. No collection experience is necessary! UFLP will provide continued development after training to ensure your success. Come build your resume with us!

What You'll Be Doing:
- Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries or concerns.
- Managing customer accounts, including processing payments and resolving billing issues.
- Finding solutions for customer problems and escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Offering excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
- A problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to stay calm and focused during busy situations.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus but not required!
- Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn.
- Background and drug test are required. (THC no included)
