Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing client accounts, building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their energy requirements and present relevant solutions and services
- Collaborate with our sales support team to develop customized proposals, including pricing, contract terms, and implementation plans
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing any client concerns and ensuring their needs are met
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports to provide insights and recommendations to management
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience as an Account Executive, Account Manager, or Sales Representative, preferably in the energy industry
- Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts, meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
