Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Electro-Mechanical Shop Foreman to lead our maintenance and repair operations within a manufacturing facility. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a team of technicians responsible for repairs of electric motors, pumps and ventilation equipment. Must have experience with large vertical motor repairs and DC motor repairs as well.
Duties
- Supervise daily operations of the electro-mechanical maintenance team, assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion of repairs
- Lead troubleshooting efforts
- Quality Control reports
- Ensure compliance with safety standards related to electrical diagnostics, welding ( welding if applicable), high voltage work, and industrial maintenance procedures.
- Provide technical guidance on equipment troubleshooting, analysis skills development, and engineering troubleshooting to team members.
Requirements
- Proven experience with repairs of electric motors, pumps, DC motors
- Extensive knowledge of electrical systems
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in industrial maintenance
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
