What You'll Do
Accounts Receivable & Cash Management
- Post receipts and monitor outstanding receivable transactions.
- Prepare bank deposits for payments exceeding scan thresholds.
- Process ACH transactions for intercompany transfers and investor/owner payments.
- Track investor and owner capital contributions.
Accounts Payable & Accounting Support
- Prepare, process, and manage accounting upload templates.
- Research and resolve invoice workflow issues within Yardi.
- Assist with invoice entry, payment processing, and payable batch reviews.
- Reconcile credit card statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor invoice approval workflows to ensure timely processing.
Reconciliations & Reporting
- Prepare intercompany job billings.
- Complete intercompany balance sheet reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
- Assist with special accounting projects and other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of accounting experience preferred.
- Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
