As a Medical Receptionist, you will be essential in welcoming our patients to our practice. Your reassuring voice on the phone making the appointment or your helpful attitude while greeting them to check in, makes all the difference in the world to a vulnerable patient looking for help with their medical issues. We are looking for empathetic, patient, energetic support staff that are willing to treat patients like they would their own family. This job requires the ability to juggle checking in/out patients while answering phones. We would prefer candidates with experience with electronic medical records and insurance knowledge.
