We are looking for a hands-on IT Coordinator with strong leadership skills to take ownership of our IT operations and lead our current team.

🔧 What you’ll do:
• Lead and coordinate the IT team (support & infrastructure)
• Ensure smooth daily IT operations across the site
• Manage and optimize networks, servers, and systems
• Support call center technologies (VoIP, CRM, WFM tools)
• Handle escalations and critical incidents
• Implement IT best practices, security, and processes
• Work closely with leadership to align IT with business needs
