Department: CEC Reports to: Prime Sales and Customer Success Supervisor
SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling spa equipment, products, and supplies. The position is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with spa owners and managers, identifying, and quantifying leads, and closing sales over the phone. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Sells equipment, products and/or supplies, but escalates issues to the Product Specialist if needed.
- Follows up on leads and documents efforts in Salesforce.
- Reviews Assigned Accounts Dashboard and identifies opportunities. Then documents conversations in Salesforce.
- Contact new customers and make sure all questions are answered and that the account is set up correctly in Salesforce. Follow up with new customers as needed.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Experience selling in a call center environment – 2 years’ experience preferred.
- Experience selling spa equipment, products, and supplies – 2 years' experience preferred.
- Highly organized
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Outgoing personality
- Coachable
- Ability to work independently.
- Quick learner
Education/Experience
- Minimum of associate degree or equivalent in experience.
- Experience in the following a big plus:
- Understanding of spa and or salon products
