What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Line Operator position at Universal Coating Technology, Inc.?
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Set up and operate automated or manual coating equipment.
- Material Mixing: Prepare and mix coating solutions according to work instructions.
- Load/ Unload: Load parts into and out of machine, load carts for batch ovens
- Quality Control: Inspect finished items for defects and cure
- Equipment Maintenance: Clean coating equipment to ensure smooth operation
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: None
- Technical Skills: Ability to use tablets for work instructions
- Physical Stamina: Capacity to stand for whole shift (8 hours) and lift materials weighing up to 40 lbs consistently.
- Attention to Detail: Maintaining consistent operating conditions
- Safety Awareness: Strict adherence to safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) like respirators.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
