Air Duct Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of skilled tasks across construction, renovation, and maintenance projects. Duties

• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction tasks.
• Operate power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively on various job sites.
• Conduct construction inspection to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Assist with construction management tasks including scheduling, material estimation, and site coordination.
• Perform installation and fabrication of building components such as cabinetry, trim carpentry, drywall, stucco, and masonry.
• Execute concrete forming, finishing, and restoration work with precision.
• Install doors, windows, flooring, tile, glass panels, and other fixtures according to project plans.
• Apply skills in roofing, plastering, caulking, framing carpentry, and hardscape installation as needed.
• Support remodeling projects by performing demolition, surface preparation, painting, and touch-up work.
• Ensure all work aligns with safety regulations and quality standards by conducting regular site inspections.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed and materials used using digital tools such as Bluebeam or similar software.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues promptly and adapt to project changes efficiently.

Experience

• Proven experience in construction or related trades with a strong understanding of construction site operations.
• Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
• Hands-on experience with construction estimating and project management tools is preferred.
• Skilled in operating power tools, hand tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment safely.
• Knowledge of various construction disciplines including plumbing, electrical systems, masonry, roofing, framing carpentry, drywall installation, tile laying, welding, and concrete finishing.
• Familiarity with safety protocols on construction sites and the ability to perform inspections effectively.
• Experience working with schematics for electrical or mechanical systems is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail. Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
