Accounts Payable Administrator (Part-Time | 20 Hours/Week)

We’re looking for a Part-Time Accounts Payable Administrator who enjoys working with others, thrives in an organized environment, and wants to play an important role in supporting our growing firm. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Process and code vendor bills in QuickBooks and Bill.com
  • Manage AP workflows and ensure timely and accurate payments
  • Reconcile Bill.com and QuickBooks accounts
  • Maintain vendor records, including W-9 collection and documentation
  • Follow up with vendors and clients to keep payments and approvals moving
  • Serve as a point of contact for AP across multiple client accounts
  • Keep Karbon up to date and support document organization and workflow tracking
  • Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and maintain organized, accurate records

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience in accounting, accounts payable, or bookkeeping (QuickBooks or Bill.com experience is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and organization - you take pride in getting things right
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems and processes
  • Proactive, dependable, and someone who follows through on commitments
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a multi-client environment
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset

Schedule

  • 20 hours per week (5 days / 4 hours per day)
  • Flexible within 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM core hours
  • Hybrid option upon successful completion of training period
