At Universal Blower Pac, we don't build ordinary equipment—we build custom industrial blower systems used across North America. We're looking for a Paint Booth Operator who takes pride in producing a clean, professional finish and understands that quality is in the details.

What You'll Do
As our Paint Booth Operator, you'll be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing fabricated components and blower packages to our high-quality standards.
Your day will include:
- Preparing parts by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming
- Inspecting fabricated components before painting
- Mixing industrial coatings, including epoxies and enamels
- Applying paint using spray equipment for a consistent, professional finish
- Measuring paint thickness to meet quality specifications
- Performing touch-ups and final quality inspections
- Protecting motors, blowers, labels, and other components from overspray
- Maintaining paint booth equipment and keeping the work area clean and organized
- Ordering paint and shop supplies as needed
- Working closely with production and assembly to keep projects on schedule
- Operating forklifts and shop equipment safely
- Following OSHA regulations and all company safety procedures
What We're Looking For
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing painting preferred
- Experience using spray guns and pneumatic painting equipment preferred
- Knowledge of paint preparation, mixing, and application techniques preferred
- Ability to read work orders and follow specifications
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- Dependable with a positive, team-first attitude
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift
- Work in a manufacturing and paint booth environment
- Wear required PPE, including respirator, gloves, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots
