What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Worker/Discharge Planner For a Psych Hospital position at Universal Behavioral Health Hospital?
Day shift full time position with guaranteed full time hours. Overtime as needed, 40 hours per week guaranteed.
Master degree preferred. Bachelor in social work or psychology required.
Current Louisiana LMSW, LPC , CSW, Or RSW license required.
Psychiatric Hospital experience preferred.
8 hours shifts. Electronic Medical Record system. Excellent work environment and facilities. We serve patient population of 18 years and older. We offer acute care psychiatric inpatient and intensive outpatient services. Universal Behavioral Health Hospital is a state of the art facility with all private rooms, therapeutically designed and built conveniently located in downtown Hammond. 800 South Oak Street, Hammond, LA 70403.
