As the Marketing Coordinator, you will assist in a variety of marketing and social media and content projects, process paperwork including purchase orders and material requests, keep track of our marketing contracts and vendors and make sure their invoices are paid. As part of our marketing team, you will be called upon to assist your colleagues with other projects necessary to maintain UA's position as an industry leader.
What you will be doing:
- Vendor contracts and invoicing including purchase requests, vendor invoices, and contracts, NDAs, etc.
- Material Requests and tracking gear and inventory owned by UA Marketing. Handling shipments as needed.
- Artist and Industry accommodations and NFR/Coupon requests for approved partners
- Field new artist inquires and incoming product reviews
- Assist with organizing artist, social, and content digital assets in Dropbox
- Assist in optimizing UA’s social media content on Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, and Instagram
- Assist in UA’s social media engagement on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Youtube
- Assist with POP & SWAG purchases and fulfillment for company wide initiatives
What you will need:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills needed, with the ability to communicate in a professional manner with UA colleagues and outside contacts
- Must be collaborative, self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines, as well as take feedback and direction.
- Must be computer literate (working knowledge of Google Docs, Asana, Dropbox, etc)
- Firm grasp of available tools and platforms in the social media space (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube)
- Enthusiasm for the music and music production a plus
