We are seeking friendly, motivated, and dependable team members to join our Recovery Center, a unique wellness environment focused on helping members recover better, move better, reduce stress, and feel their best.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, learning new wellness technologies, and being part of a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.
No prior recovery experience is required. We provide paid training on all services and equipment.
We are currently hiring for part-time afternoon and evening two to four days per week. Ability to sub on weekends is a plus and not required.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome members and guests with a warm, professional attitude
- Schedule and manage appointments using our booking software
- Help members get started with recovery and wellness sessions
- Answer questions about services, memberships, and packages
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment
- Assist with member flow and daily operations throughout the shift
- Support a positive and high-energy team culture
- Comfortably recommend services and memberships when appropriate
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using computers, tablets, mobile devices, and booking software
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in wellness, fitness, recovery, or healthy living
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, fitness, spa, or wellness settings
- Confidence discussing services and making recommendations
- Sales or membership experience is a plus
- Education related to fitness, wellness, or health is helpful but not required
