Role : Architect – Agentic AI, Cloud Transformation & Application Modernization

Job Summary 

We are seeking an Architect to lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives spanning Agentic AI, cloud migration, application modernization, SaaS enablement and modern engineering adoption across modern full-stack, cloud-native, platform, data, and AI-assisted engineering environments. 

This role will define and drive end-to-end enterprise architecture, enabling organizations to transition from legacy systems to AI-driven, cloud-native, scalable platforms. The architect will act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, while also providing hands-on guidance across engineering, platform architecture, and delivery teams to ensure successful execution of transformation programs. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Architecture & Strategy: Define and govern architecture frameworks, standards, and reference architectures; drive technology roadmaps, governance, design reviews, and compliance across programs. 
• Cloud Migration & Transformation: Lead end-to-end cloud migration (AWS, Google Cloud Platform) — landing zones, migration strategy (re-host/re-platform/re-factor), and hybrid architectures — ensuring performance, scalability, security, and high availability. 
• Application Modernization: Drive monolith-to-microservices, API-first, and cloud-native modernization, leveraging AI-driven tools for code analysis, conversion, and testing. 
• SaaS & Platform Engineering: Architect multi-tenant SaaS platforms and integration architectures (APIs, middleware, event streaming); define SaaS operating models for monitoring and reliability. 
• Engineering Leadership & Delivery: Provide technical leadership across the Golden Path stack (ReactJS, TypeScript, Go, Java, Python, Node.js, Koa, REST, gRPC, Thrift); drive adoption of microservices, event-driven architecture (Kafka), and CI/CD. 
• Governance, Security & DevOps: Establish architecture governance for security, compliance, and risk management; implement Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and observability practices. 
• Stakeholder & Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, leading architecture workshops and driving alignment across business, product, and engineering teams. 

Required Skills & Experience 

Technical Experience 

• 6 – 12 years of experience in architecture roles, with a proven track record leading large-scale digital transformation and modernization programs and strong client-facing consulting and advisory experience. 
• Strong experience with AWS (S3, IAM, CloudFront, Route 53, Aurora, RDS, Redshift) and deep expertise in cloud migration, application modernization, and microservices/distributed systems architecture. 
• Hands-on expertise in Agentic AI, LLMs, and AI platform architecture (RAG, orchestration). 
• Proficient in Go, Java, Python, Node.js, ReactJS, TypeScript, and JavaScript, with Koa, REST, gRPC, and Thrift for service communication. 
• Experienced with event-driven, workflow, and data platforms (Databricks, Airflow, Temporal, Opty), Cypress-based testing, and observability tools (Datadog, OpsGenie). 

Nice to Have Skills 

• Experience with GenAI platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, OpenAI APIs) 
• Exposure to AI-assisted engineering tools such as Gemini, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, VS Code, and TablePlus 
• Familiarity with Agentic AI & Intelligent Platform Architecture 
• Relevant certifications:  
• AWS / Google Cloud Platform Architect 
• TOGAF / Cloud certifications 

Familiarity with data engineering, analytics, and MLOps /AIOps frameworks 

Salary : $80 - $90
