Performs a variety of laboratory and research related tasks. Analyzes and tests manufactured and recycled Company products to ensure product quality and composition.
What You’ll Do:
- Uses laboratory equipment to analyze, measure and test chemicals to ensure quality control of products.
- Prepares specimens, slides and solutions.
- Performs calculations and routine tests.
- Prepares and translates Certificates of Analysis and Toxicological reports.
- Maintains accurate records.
- Stocks laboratory supplies.
- Cleans and maintains laboratory equipment.
- Adheres to company quality processes, as applicable.
- Assists to resolve product quality issues in an efficient and timely manner, as applicable.
- Experienced in laboratory procedures.
- Knowledge of laboratory protocols.
- Knowledge of cGMP requirements
- Experience in SAP preferred
- Volumetric analysis (titration techniques)
- Operation and maintenance of pH meters
- Use of density meters for material characterization
- Viscometer operation for viscosity measurements
- Spectrophotometric analysis
- Karl Fischer titration for moisture determination
- Preparation and standardization of chemical solutions
- Calibration of laboratory instruments
- Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development and documentation

Pay & benefits:
- The salary range for this position is $49,840.00 - $62,290.00
- The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location
