Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Pickup-Side Logistics Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will design and implement logistics solutions, optimize operational processes, and drive improvements in customer experience across multiple business scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop practical logistics solutions based on business and customer requirements.
2. Oversee the implementation, operation, and continuous optimization of assigned solutions to maximize project performance and ROI.
3. Support innovative solutions for new business and emerging pickup scenarios, including process design and documentation.
4. Facilitate integration and knowledge sharing across multiple business scenarios, ensuring best practices are replicated and promoted.
5. Lead cross-department initiatives to enhance user experience, coordinate resources, and drive digitalization of customer experience improvements.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; familiarity with supply chain, cross-border e-commerce, or logistics industries is highly preferred.
2. Strong understanding of e-commerce, cross-border logistics, and delivery services.
3. Proven expertise in designing international logistics solutions, especially in door-to-door service and supply chain optimization, with successful project experience.
4. Excellent ability to coordinate internal and external resources, manage cross-regional and cross-department collaboration, and improve operational efficiency through resource optimization.
