What You'll Do
Strategic HR Partnership
- Partner with operations leaders to support business objectives, workforce planning, and
- Provide HR guidance on organizational design, performance management, and leadership
- Support operational scaling as the company expands its logistics and last-mile delivery
Employee Relations
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on workplace issues.
- Conduct employee relations investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions.
- Promote a positive and compliant workplace environment.
- Analyze HR metrics such as turnover, attendance, overtime, headcount trends, and
- Partner with operations leaders to identify workforce trends and provide insights to
- Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards to support leadership visibility.
- Support and monitor timekeeping processes to ensure accurate tracking of employee
- Partner with operations managers to address attendance, overtime management, and
- Collaborate with payroll and operations teams to resolve timekeeping discrepancies and
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including wage and
- Support HR policy implementation and HR program rollout across operational sites.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (recruiting, payroll, benefits) to deliver HR
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HRBP or HR Generalist experience supporting business
- Experience supporting operations-driven environments such as logistics, warehouse,
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws, including wage and hour compliance.
- Experience managing employee relations investigations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and workforce metrics.
- Experience working with timekeeping systems and attendance management
Preferred
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or last-mile delivery operations.
- Experience supporting multi-site operational teams.
- Familiarity with HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping systems (e.g., ADP, UKG, Kronos).
- SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP or PHR certification.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus.
