- Safely operate company-assigned trucks for local and regional deliveries.
- Load, transport, and deliver goods to clients or warehouses as scheduled.
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform preventative maintenance.
- Follow delivery schedules and report any delays or issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel use, and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and DOT regulations at all times.
- Communicate professionally with dispatchers, clients, and team members.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) — Class A or B preferred.
- Clean driving record with no major violations.
- Proven work experience as a truck driver or delivery driver.
- Ability to lift heavy packages and operate a pallet jack or forklift if necessary.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
- Knowledge of Miami and surrounding area routes is a plus.
