The Communication Manager is responsible for the leadership, direction and oversight of all communication center operations, call handling, paging, and emergency messaging, ensuring efficient and accurate organizational communication. The manager collaborates with departments and external vendors to support emergency response, develops policies, and ensures compliance with regulations. The manager hires and trains staff, manages system upgrades, and implements process improvements to enhance communication efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in communications or related field.
- Four years of communication or customer service experience in a busy public office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in communications or related field.
- At least one year of experience leading a team in customer service or a related field.
