Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, eating, etc.)
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions
- Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment
- Work closely with nursing staff to support personalized care plans
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
Education:
- High School Diploma/GED or currently and actively working towards completion of Diploma/GED
- Prefer candidates that have successfully completed the CNA program and are active on the Iowa Direct Care Registry
- Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or within 3 months from date of hire
