Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to geriatric psychiatric patients, including medication administration, monitoring, and patient support.
- Assist with daily living activities and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team to promote positive outcomes.
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited License Practical Nursing program
- Current active LPN license issued by the Iowa Board of Nursing
- Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or within three (3) months from date of hire
